I lived in Gutierrez’s district for several years, so it comes as no surprise that he’d call on Obama to wave his magic amnesty wand. Of course, he’s never been clear on just who it is he’s supposed to represent. Certainly not the entirety of his district, even if it was carefully redrawn to include “his people.”
